STANLEY A. KWELLER is a member of Jackson, Kweller, McKinney, Warden, Lewis & Hayes in Nashville, Tennessee. A majority of his legal experience involves litigation and trials in the civil and criminal arenas. Mr. Kweller has had an active trial practice, including jury and non-jury trials at all levels including federal and state courts and appellate matters. He spent 10 years as a criminal prosecutor. Mr. Kweller's current practice is a mixture of general civil litigation (personal injury work), commercial litigation, employer/employee litigation, domestic relations law, criminal law and business and commercial law. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle and Eastern districts. Mr. Kweller earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law DANA C. MCLENDON III is a sole practitioner in Franklin, Tennessee, where he practices primarily in domestic, criminal and personal injury law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University. Mr. McLendon's memberships include the Williamson County and Tennessee bar associations. JAN WALDEN is a sole practitioner of A Better Way Mediation in Nashville, Tennessee, where she practices in the areas of divorce mediation, uncontested divorce and family and divorce mediation. She has previously lectured for the Nashville and the Tennessee bar associations. Ms. Walden has experience in parent coordinating training. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. degree from The Nashville School of Law. Ms. Walden is a member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators (board member), the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and is the founding member of the Middle Tennessee Collaborative Alliance.
