SHELLEY BREEDING is a partner with Breeding & Dothard, LLC, where her main areas of practice are mediation, family law, appeals, corporate litigation and construction litigation. Ms. Breeding is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Knoxville Bar Association, Foster Care Review Board and the Community Mediation Board. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Tennessee and all Tennessee courts. Ms. Breeding earned her B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. ANDREW FOX is a partner with the Gilbert & Fox Law Firm. Mr. Fox focuses his law practice on legal matters that affect the family including divorce/legal separation, parentage, juvenile court, adoption/termination of parental rights, conservatorship/guardianship and wills/probate. He received his B.A. degree, in political science, with a business minor, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He graduated from UT Law School in 1995. Not only has Mr. Fox accumulated years of professional experience as an attorney in family law matters, he also has experience in a judicial capacity. He has donated his time to a local domestic relations court to serve as a special master for domestic violence cases. When appointed as a special master by the judge, Mr. Fox, in place of the judge, hears attorneys and parties argue domestic violence cases and makes findings and recommendations to the judge. KEVIN W. SHEPHERD has more than 20 years of experience and is currently in sole practice with an office located in Maryville, Tennessee. He practices in the areas of family law, divorce, personal injury, criminal defense, appellate practice and general practice. Mr. Shepherd earned his B.S. degree from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, and his J.D. degree from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and is a well received speaker at legal seminars. Mr. Shepherd is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Family Law mediator.
