RICHARD CLARK is an attorney with Morgan & Akins, PLLC. He has extensive experience in civil litigation and has successfully defended numerous cases at the administrative and trial levels. Mr. Clark focuses his practice on general civil litigation defense, including workers' compensation, breach of contract, and auto and products liability. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was an Army National Distinguished Honor graduate, and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, where he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. Mr. Clark also is a Rule 31 certified mediator. He is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee bar associations. STEVEN G. FULLER is an attorney in the law firm of Stewart C. Stallings & Associates, where he practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. Mr. Fuller is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. He has lectured at various groups in his areas of expertise. Mr. Fuller earned his B.S. degree from Austin Peay State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa, and is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. DENISE A. HENDRICKS R.N., B.S.N., M.S.N. is a Legal Nurse Consultant with Medexpert Consultants. She also is currently with the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) in Murfreesboro, where she is accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care in a variety of settings. During her career, Ms. Hendricks has worked in a variety of settings including orthopedics, medical/surgical, cardiovascular, sub-acute, hospice and rehabilitation. She is a regular author and presenter in her areas of expertise. She earned her associate's degree from Penn Valley Community College, her B.S.N. from Webster University and her M.S.N. from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Hendricks is a Certified Forensic Nurse through the American College of Forensic Examiners International. She also is certified in basic cardiac life support by the American Heart Association. DR. GREGORY SKYE is the director of Skye Chiropractic in Brentwood. He completed his pre-chiropractic schooling at Washtenaw Community College, his chiropractic schooling at Palmer University of Chiropractic, and his preceptorship and Bristol Chiropractic Centre. Dr. Skye is certified in Advanced Gonstead Technique, extremity adjusting, lumbar distraction, Logan Basic Technique, activator methods, Pierce Stilwagon Technique, physiotherapy, managing disorders of the cervical spine, chiropractic nutrition and child abuse management, as well as being a diplomat of Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique. He is a member of the Tennessee and International chiropractic associations.
