RICHARD L. BANKS is the principal in the Cleveland office of Richard Banks & Associates, P.C., where he practices in the area of consumer bankruptcy. He is board certified as a consumer bankruptcy specialist by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification and the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association; the Chattanooga Bar Association, serving on the fee dispute committee; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee; the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals; and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. FULTON is a principal of the Chattanooga firm of Scarborough Fulton & Glass, where he primarily practices in the areas of commercial law, insolvency law, and business litigation. He is licensed to practice in both the State and Federal courts of Tennessee, and practices in the bankruptcy courts for the Northern District of Alabama and Georgia. Mr. Fulton regularly practices in the area of workouts for distressed and insolvent businesses. McCOIN is a sole practitioner in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he practices primarily in the areas of collections and real estate law.
