July 12 - Nashville MICHAEL GIGANDET is a sole practitioner in Pleasant View, where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, insurance defense law, bankruptcy law and civil litigation. Mr. Gigandet frequently lectures on workers' compensation, insurance defense and bankruptcy. BARBARA MORRIS ZOCCOLA is an Assistant United States Attorney with the Department of Justice in Memphis, where she represents all the federal agencies as creditors in bankruptcy court, particularly the Internal Revenue Service.
