ANDREW L. COLOCOTRONIS is an attorney with Wagner, Myers & Sanger, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and mass actions. Mr. Colocotronis has significant lead counsel experience in all aspects of class actions, including class certification and F.R.C.P. 23(f) appeals. He has handled the defense of nationwide class matters encompassing consumer finance, product liability, securities fraud, antitrust/unfair trade practices, and insurance products. Mr. Colocotronis also has extensive experience in defending class claims involving discrimination, including claims brought pursuant to Sections 1981 and 1982 and the ECOA. He also has experience handling complex intellectual property matters, including patent and trade actions. Mr. Colocotronis spoke on "Maintaining Professionalism and Ethics in Consumer Finance Litigation and Class Actions", ACI's 7th National Advanced Forum on Consumer Finance, Class Actions and Litigation, in January 2008. He is admitted in Tennessee, West Virginia, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee, U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of West Virginia, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Colocotronis was voted a top attorney by his peers in CityView Magazine (2009). He is a member of Knoxville, Tennessee and The West Virginia bar associations. Mr. Colocotronis is a past program director and chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Section on Complex Litigation and Class Actions. He also is a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section, Consumer Financial Services Committee, and a member of The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). Mr. Colocotronis earned his B.A. degree from St. Lawrence University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University. D. MICHAEL COSTELLO is the director of litigation services for Decosimo Advisory Services in Chattanooga. Mr. Costello is a certified public accountant, certified fraud examiner, accredited senior business appraiser and consultant with more than 28 years of training and experience in business valuations, business acquisitions and divestitures and related fields. His experience includes extensive consulting work and testimony in tax, accounting, financial, economic, and business issues of commercial litigation, with emphasis on business valuation, economic damage and forensic accounting issues. Mr. Costello contributes articles to a variety of publications, is a frequent speaker on a variety of consulting issues and has served on the accounting adjunct faculties at Tennessee Temple University, Tennessee Wesleyan College and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). He was recognized by UTC as Accountant of the Year and by the TSCPA for Article of the Year in 1997, and was awarded Tennessee SBA Accounting Advocate of the Year, Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year and received the Chattanooga Jaycees Distinguished Service Award. Mr. Costello has served as president of the Chattanooga Chapter of TSCPA and chairman of the TSCPA's Ethics and Small Business Services Committees. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Costello earned his B.S. degree and his Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He also is a managing director for Decosimo Corporate Finance, member of FINRA/SIPC.
