ERIC M. BEASLEY is a sole practitioner in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. He practices in the area of civil litigation, focusing on automobile injury cases. Mr. Beasley is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute. He is an inductee for the National Order of Barristers; and a member of the American and Tennessee bar associations, and the Tennessee Association for Justice. Mr. Beasley earned his B.S. degree from the University of Houston and his J.D. degree from Texas Tech School of Law. JACK A. BUTLER is an attorney in the Nashville law office of Butler & Associates, where he practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and criminal law. Mr. Butler has taught trial procedures at Nashville School of Law. He earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from Nashville Law School. Mr. Butler is a member of the American Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is past president of the Tennessee chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a fellow of International Society of Barristers, and he is a past member of the Board of Directors and past treasurer of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Butler is listed in "Who's Who in American Lawyers," Best Lawyers Book. JOHN M. CANNON is a shareholder in the Goodlettsville law firm of Cannon & Cannon Attorneys, P.C. He earned his B.A. degree from Belmont University, his J.D. degree from the Nashville School of Law and his M.A. degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
