MARY CATHERINE KELLY is a licensed attorney and certified mediator in Tennessee and Texas, with her own practice in Franklin, Tennessee. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of elder law, with emphasis on pre-crisis and crisis planning for seniors and their families, disability law, with emphasis on special needs trusts, conservatorships, special education disputes and mediation for all matters, with emphasis on divorce and family disputes (i.e. conservatorships disputes and long term care disputes). Ms. Kelly holds a master's degree and a J.D. degree. She is a member of the American, Tennessee, Williamson County and Nashville bar associations, the State Bar of Texas, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Association for Conflict Resolution, and is a charter member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners. Ms. Kelly serves on the Williamson County Advisory Board for Family and Children's Services and also has served on the Board of Directors for Brightstone, an educational center for disabled adults. HUNTER MOBLEY is an attorney with the Nashville firm of Howard & Mobley, PLLC, where he practices estate planning, trust and probate law. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his LLM degree from New York University College of Law. Mr. Mobley is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville bar associations. JEFFREY MOBLEY is a member of the Nashville law firm of Howard & Mobley, PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, tax planning for estates and trusts, business succession planning, prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, estate administration and resolution of disputes involving estates, and related estate matters. Mr. Mobley is certified as an estate planning specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. He is a member and former chair of the Probate Court Committee of the Nashville Bar Association, a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is past president of the Nashville Estate Planning Council. Mr. Mobley co-wrote Pritchard on the Laws of Wills and Administration of Estates, 5th Edition, and is a frequent speaker for National Business Institute and other professional groups on estate planning and probate matters. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kentucky.
