H. STEPHEN GILLMAN is an attorney with the Knoxville law firm of Pryor, Flynn, Priest & Harber where he practices in the areas of personal injury, employment litigation, worker's compensation, family law and domestic relations, family wills and estates, and criminal defense. In addition to these general practice areas, Mr. Gillman has extensive experience in assisting clients with detainer and ejectment actions and helping small business owners establish their existence, draft and interpret contracts, and formulate internal governing documents, partnership agreements, leases, and other items necessary to conduct business on a daily basis with emphasis on their individual need. MARTY McDONALD is an attorney with the law firm McDonald Levy where he has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, workmen's compensation, medical malpractice and domestic relations. He has spoken at seminars in the area of personal injury and workmen's compensation. Mr. McDonald is a Rule 31 Listed Mediator and has mediated a variety of cases. He earned his law degree in 1977 and has been practicing law in the Knoxville area since that time. Mr. McDonald has been a member of numerous bar associations and committees, including the Alternate Dispute Committee and the Inter-Professional Relations Committee for the Knoxville Bar. JOSHUA R. WALKER is an attorney at Paine, Tarwater and Bickers, LLP, where he practices in the areas of products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, toxic torts, commercial disputes, and general civil litigation. Mr. Walker earned his B.M. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association (Judicial and CLE Committees), the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association for Justice.
