JOHN R. CHEADLE JR. is the principal and managing partner in the law firm of Cheadle & Cheadle. He practices in the areas of commercial law, business law, creditors rights, creditor bankruptcy law, banking law and insurance law. Mr. Cheadle has lectured for various professional groups on collections and judgment enforcement. He received his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Cheadle is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American bar associations and the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. GRIFFIN S. DUNHAM is an attorney with MGLAW, PLLC, where his areas of practice include business litigation, general business law, employment law, business reorganization and out of court restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Mr. Dunham works primarily in the firm's litigation practice, representing businesses in employment law matters and commercial disputes in state and federal court. He received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. While at Indiana University, Mr. Dunham was a member of the Federal Communications Law Journal and author of "Carnivore, The FBI's E-mail Surveillance System: Devouring Criminals, Not Privacy," 54 FED. COMM. L.J. 543 (2002). He was also awarded the Best Brief Award in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. Before joining MGLAW, Mr. Dunham was a captain in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, where he served as lead counsel in more than 40 jury and bench trials and as appellate counsel in more than 80 cases. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and American bar associations. His bar admissions include Florida, Tennessee, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Tennessee. VICTORIA A. FERRARO is a partner with the law firm of Prochaska Thompson Quinn & Ferraro, P.C., where she practices in the areas of corporate law, bankruptcy, collections, repossessions and foreclosures. Ms. Ferraro is a previous lecturer for National Business Institute. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis. Ms. Ferraro is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville bar associations, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the American Bankruptcy Institute. WILLIAM N. HELOU is an attorney with MGLAW, PLLC, where his areas of practice include business litigation, general litigation, general business law and employment law. Mr. Helou works primarily in the firm's litigation group and represents businesses in complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. He has more than five years of experience representing clients in complex litigation matters covering a wide variety of business disputes as well as unique, non-business litigation. Before joining MGLAW, Mr. Helou served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Wiseman Jr., judge for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. After his clerkship, he served as an assistant attorney general in the Special Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Tennessee, where he represented the state as counsel to the governor, the speakers of the house and senate, justices of the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee coordinator of elections, and other state officials in high-profile litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Helou earned his B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. His bar admissions include Tennessee, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee.
