May 9 - Sioux Falls MATTHEW P. BOCK is an attorney with Woods Fuller Shultz & Smith P.C., where his practice areas include business organizations and transactions, taxation, estate planning and business succession planning, and trusts and estates. Mr. Bock earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from California Lutheran University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Williamette University College of Law. SIMMONS is a partner with the Rapid City law firm of Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore, LLP, where he is a member of the firm's Business and Estate Planning Group. Since 1998, his areas of practice have included estate planning, elder law, asset protection, real property and probate. Mr. Simmons earned his B.S. degree at the University of South Dakota and his J.D. degree at the University of South Dakota School of Law.
