HON. FRANK R. ADDY JR. has served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the 8th Judicial Circuit Seat 1 for the Greenwood County Probate Court since February 3, 2010. HON. LEE S. ALFORD has served as a resident South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the 16th Judicial Circuit of the Moss Justice Center since1998. HON. D. CRAIG BROWN has served as a resident South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the At-Large, Seat Number 8 since February 3, 2010. HON. JOHN C. HAYES III has served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the 16th Judicial Circuit, since September 3, 1991. HON. STEVEN H. JOHN has served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge as the Resident Circuit Judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit since May 30, 2001. HON. J. ERNEST KINARD JR. has served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the 5th Judicial Circuit, Seat 1, since May 3, 1988. Judge Kinard also has served as Acting Associate Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court on several occasions. HON. HOWARD P. KING served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge as the Resident Circuit Judge of the 3rd Judicial Circuit from February 1996 until June 30, 2006 when he retired. He currently serves as Active/Retired Circuit Court Judge in the 3rd Judicial Circuit. HON. ALEXANDER S. MACAULAY has served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the 10th Judicial Circuit since 1994. HON. R. LAWTON MCINTOSH has served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the 10th Judicial Circuit, Seat 1, since May 13, 2009. HON. CLIFTON B. NEWMAN has served as a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the At Large Seat Number 3 since May 24, 2000 for the Williamsburg County Courthouse. HON. W.
