REGINALD W. BELCHER is a shareholder in the Columbia office of Turner Padget Graham & Laney P.A. Mr. Belcher is a Certified Specialist in Employment and Labor Law. He represents employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Belcher advises and counsels employers in various labor and employment matters, including development of policies and procedures, writing and negotiating contracts and severance agreements, maintaining affirmative action plans, and training supervisors and managers on issues such as sexual harassment, union avoidance, workplace violence, and wage and hour laws. He has published numerous articles and participated in local, state and national discussions on labor, employment and business issues. Mr. Belcher is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and has been admitted pro hac vice in various state and federal courts in North Carolina and West Virginia. He earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University, and his Master of Human Resources and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina.
