She is a certified specialist in bankruptcy-debtor/creditor law by the South Carolina Supreme Court and practices exclusively in the field of creditors' rights in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. Ms. Nauful's clients include many state and national lenders, whom she represents in both commercial and consumer distressed debt matters. She is recognized in two editions of South Carolina Super Lawyers for bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. Ms. Nauful is a member of the South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, International Women's Restructuring and Insolvency Confederation (international member and chair, Carolinas chapter) and the American Bankruptcy Institute. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. NICHOLS VOYER is an attorney with Clawson & Staubes, LLC, she practices in the areas of commercial law, bankruptcy and general civil litigation. Ms. Nichols Voyer was admitted to the South Carolina Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina in 2006. She is a member of the American and Charleston County bar associations, South Carolina Bar, and Junior League of Charleston. Ms. Nichols Voyer earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, where she was a member of the University of South Carolina chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, and her J.D. degree from Michigan State University, where she was a member of the American Inns of Court, Phi Alpha Delta, and on the editorial board of the Michigan State Journal of Medicine and Law. R. TIMOTHY WHISLER is an attorney with the law firm Clawson & Staubes, LLC. His areas of practice are commercial law and bankruptcy, focusing in the area of creditors' rights, with an emphasis on debt collection and judgment enforcement. Mr. Whisler earned his B.A. degree from the College of Charleston and his J.D. degree from Charleston School of Law.
