JENNA W. GARRAUX is an attorney at the law firm of Ellis, Lawhorne & Sims, P.A., where she is a member of the workers' compensation practice group. Ms. Halberg earned her B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. Ms. Halberg is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court and district of South Carolina, and has spoken at the Workers' Compensation Conference held by the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association. WILLIAM R. HARBISON is a partner in the law firm of Ellis, Lawhorne & Sims, P.A., where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation and general litigation. He has lectured for various professional groups on his areas of practice and has written numerous articles relating to his practice areas. Mr. Harbison served on the editorial board of The Law of Workers' Compensation in South Carolina. Mr. Harbison earned his B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University and his J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association, the South Carolina Bar, and the Richland County and American bar associations. Mr. Harbison also has been named in Best Lawyers in America (2005). ANDREW N. SAFRAN is a sole practitioner in Columbia, where his primary area of practice is workers' compensation. Mr. Safran frequently lectures on workers' compensation issues for various professional groups, including presentations for the South Carolina Bar. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Duke University and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe. Mr. Safran is a member of the South Carolina Bar (past chair, Workers' Compensation Section Council), the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of South Carolina Claimant's Attorneys for Workers' Compensation. ALLISON P. SULLIVAN is an attorney in the law firm of Bluestein Nichols Thompson Delgado, LLC, where she focuses her practice in the areas of workers' compensation and civil litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Furman University and her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Ms. Sullivan is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice, Injured Workers' Advocates, the South Carolina Women Lawyers' Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Richland County Bar Association, the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group and the American Association for Justice.
