TERI CALLEN STOMSKI is the South Carolina Counsel for Investors Title Insurance Company. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Mrs. Stomski earned her B.A. degree and her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. She received the 2009 Gold Compleat Lawyer Award by the University of South Carolina School of Law, an award given to alumni in recognition of their significant contributions to the legal profession and high standards of professional competence, ethics and integrity. Mrs. Stomski is a former adjunct professor at Savannah State University and a frequent lecturer and contributing author for continuing legal education seminars relating to real estate law and title insurance underwriting. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Business Carolina and is past president and a board member of the Central SC Chapter of Risk Management Association (RMA). Mrs. Stomski is President-Elect of the Palmetto Land Title Association (Chair, Communications Committee; Convention Committee; Education Committee) and a member of the South Carolina Bar. She is active in civic organizations and has served in many capacities with the Junior Leagues of Columbia and Savannah, Junior Achievement of Columbia and Savannah, and The Rotary Club of Five Points, where she was named "The Charles C. Foster Rotarian of the Year 2007-2008" and serves on its 2009-2011 Board of Directors. She also serves as the Chair of the Midlands Advisory Board and on the State Board of Advisors for Healthy Learners of the Sisters of Charity Health System. (Columbia location) JAMES E. CHELLIS is a managing partner at the law firm of Chellis & Frampton, P.A., where he practices in the areas real estate litigation, commercial real estate law and transactions, probate law, estate planning, business planning, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Mr. Chellis has presented for National Business Institute on topics of real estate and probate litigation. He is a past president of the Dorchester Bar Association and organized the Dorchester County Public Defenders Corporation, where he served as a director. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina. (Charleston location) W. ALEX DALLIS JR. is a principal in the Dallis Law Firm, P.A., where he practices primarily in real estate law, commercial litigation and intellectual property. He served as an adjunct professor for the Department of Civil Engineering at Clemson University and The Citadel, and he co-wrote "Getting Started: A Practical Guide to Opening a Law Office," published by the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division. Mr. Dallis earned his B.S.E. degree, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was Order of the Coif. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association. (Charleston location) LISA M. HOSTETLER is an attorney in the transactional law department with the law firm of Rogers Townsend & Thomas PC. She practices in the areas of real estate owned and residential real estate transactions, title insurance and contract negotiation and drafting. Ms. Hostetler also conducts closings for new home owners of Habitat for Humanity houses. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar (member, Young Lawyers Division), and the Lexington County, Richland County and American bar associations. She also is a member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association and the Palmetto Land Title Association. Ms. Hostetler earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Bethany College and her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. (Columbia and Charleston locations) JOSHUA O.C. LONON is the owner/member of Lonon Law Firm, LLC, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Lonon practices in the real estate transactions and litigation areas. He has served as law clerk to the Honorable G. Thomas Cooper, Jr. of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, and as state counsel for a national title company. Mr. Lonon has also served on the South Carolina Bar's Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and is active with the Young Lawyers Division, having served on the group's long range planning committee and as representative for the Fifth and Seventh Judicial Circuits. He has also served as chair of the Young Lawyers Division Publications Committee. Mr. Lonon has taught and written materials for numerous seminars on real estate-related subjects, including residential transactions, easements, title insurance and condominiums. WILLIS is an associate with the law firm of Rogers Townsend & Thomas PC, where he concentrates his practice in the area of commercial loan default services, including commercial loan workouts, mortgage foreclosure and collections. He also has experience in title issue resolution, commercial real estate (finance, development and transactions), commercial leasing, residential subdivision development, residential real estate transactions, commercial contracts, limited liability company and partnership law, entity formation, wills, trusts and estate administration, and banking, business and corporate law. Mr. Willis is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Richland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a recipient of the Order of Barristers and the CALI award (Real Estate Transactions).
