DAVID M. COLLINS JR. is an attorney with Collins Law Firm, P.C., where his main areas of practice include marital litigation and contested adoptions. He is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Collins is a frequent presenter at CLE seminars on family law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg, his M.P.A. from Clemson University and the University of South Carolina and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Collins is a member of the North Carolina and South Carolina Trial Lawyers associations, as well as the North Carolina State Bar, the South Carolina Bar, and the North Carolina Bar Association. PAUL C. MacPHAIL is a sole practitioner in Spartanburg, South Carolina at MacPhail Law Firm, LLC, where his main areas of practice are probate and family law. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was honored to serve as a member of the Law Review. As a former college professor, Mr. MacPhail earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati, a master's degree from Florida State University and a doctorate degree from the University of Illinois. CATHERINE STODDARD is a senior manager at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP. Ms. Stoddard was a previous owner of Stoddard Consulting, PA for 17 years. She is a member of AICPA Forensic & Valuation Services Section and The American Institute of CPAs. She earned her B.A. degree from Furman University.
