February 9 - Columbia WILSON W. MCDONALD is a shareholder with Robinson, McFadden & Moore, P.C. His practice focuses on business and commercial transactions, real estate, consumer finance regulatory compliance, and representing lenders in various credit finance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McDonald served as executive vice president and general counsel to Lime Financial Services, Ltd. ("Lime"); a Credit Suisse (USA), Inc. subsidiary. He was responsible for all legal and compliance functions for the company and during his tenure helped it expand from a small regional company to a national lender. Previously, Mr. McDonald served as vice president - marketing and underwriting for South Carolina for Investors Title Insurance Company, where he provided legal and underwriting services and support to a state-wide network of approved attorneys and title agents, managed the state office, and taught numerous seminars on title insurance and real estate related topics. Mr. Rogers counsels business clients on choice of entity decisions, the proper formation of business entities, legal issues affecting new businesses and transfers of existing businesses.
