ELEANOR D. CLEARY is a solo practitioner in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. She focuses her practice, which opened in the summer of 2008, on criminal law and legal research and writing. Ms. Cleary represents defendants in criminal cases in state, magistrate, municipal and circuit courts. She also handles criminal and civil appeals, post-conviction relief cases, expungements, pardons, and parole/probation revocation matters. Ms. Cleary has served as contract legal counsel to the SC Workers' Compensation Commission since July 2010. GIPSON is a partner in the Orangeburg office of Johnson, Toal & Battiste, P.A., where he practices in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. Mr. Gipson has spoken on ethics, federal criminal defense, the Patriots Act effect on criminal defendants and criminal defense law. He earned his B.A. degree from the College of Charleston and his J.D. degree at the University of South Carolinas School of Law. Mr. Gipson is a member of the South Carolina, National and the American bar associations. He also is a member of the American and South Carolina trial lawyers associations. JONATHAN M. MILLING is an attorney with the Columbia law firm of Milling Law Firm, LLC., where he practices in the areas of criminal law, white collar criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Milling served as the assistant solicitor for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit from 1998-2000. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Mr. Milling has spoken to legal professionals on the federal sentencing guidelines and internet solicitation of a minor. He is a member of the Richland County and American bar associations and the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Milling earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Clemson University and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina. CHRISTIAN G. SPRADLEY is a partner with the law firm of Moore, Taylor & Thomas, P.A. His areas of practice include criminal defense, civil litigation and local government. Mr. Spradley is a former prosecutor for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, former public defender for Aiken County, past board member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has been a speaker at both criminal defense and prosecution seminars. He is a member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association and the Tri-County Bar Association. Mr. Spradley is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of South Carolina. He serves as the county attorney for Saluda County, South Carolina. Mr. Spradley earned his bachelors degree from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and his Juris Doctorate degree from University of South Carolina School of Law.
