WILLIAM E. KING III is a serial entrepreneur with WRSequence, LLC. Mr. King is experienced in finance, investment banking, human resource, marketing, sales, operations, business development and team building. He works to help business gain access to capital. Mr. King is currently the managing director for Sequence Investment Partners, a FINRA broker dealer, investment banking and advisory service firm. The firm helps small and middle market companies restructure debt, raise expansion capital, work through mergers, acquisitions and plan exit strategies. Mr. King currently holds a South Carolina Real Estate License. TARA ELIZABETH NAUFUL is a shareholder in the Columbia law office of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., where she finds creative solutions for creditors faced with problem loans. Through negotiation, litigation or by using a transactional approach, Ms. Nauful is committed to finding solutions that work for creditors. She is a certified specialist in bankruptcy-debtor/creditor law by the South Carolina Supreme Court and practices exclusively in the field of creditors' rights in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. Ms. Nauful's clients include many state and national lenders, whom she represents in both commercial and consumer distressed debt matters. She is recognized in two editions of South Carolina Super Lawyers, for bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. SHORT JR. is a shareholder in the Columbia law office of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. He has more than 25 years of experience with corporate turnarounds and restructurings pertaining to helping lenders, secured parties and corporations in workouts under Chapters 7 and 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Short often appears on behalf of lenders in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in South Carolina, New York and Delaware. He is a certified specialist in bankruptcy/debtor-creditor law. Mr. Short advises corporate debtors on reorganization options and officer and director liability issues. He also represents banks and trade vendors in collection actions, including foreclosures, repossessions, mechanic lien actions and suits on notes and guaranties. Mr. Short is noted as one of the best lawyers in America for bankruptcy and debtor-creditor rights law. He is also recognized in two editions of South Carolina Super Lawyers, for bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. Mr. Short is a past-president and serves on the board of the Carolina Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
