December 12 - Charleston MARY LEIGH ARNOLD is a sole practitioner in Mount Pleasant where she practices in the areas of consumer defense, FDCPA violations, foreclosure defense and commercial litigation. Ms. Arnold was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert S. Carr, United States Magistrate, and to the Honorable Falcon B. Hawkins, U.S. District Judge, District of South Carolina.
