December 13 - Charleston D. NATHAN DAVIS is the owner of Davis Law Firm in Charleston, where his areas of practice include bankruptcy, real property and business law. As a licensed title insurance agent, he has represented builders, developers and individual buyers and sellers, as well as being involved in numerous quiet title actions for matters involving both heirs' property and tax sale issues. Mr. Davis earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina. He continues to represent primarily debtors, both individual and corporate. Mr. Davis is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association. RYAN MCCABE JR. is an attorney in the law firm of Rogers Townsend & Thomas, PC, where his areas of practice include litigation, construction, products liability and insurance defense. He has extensive experience in the construction industry. Mr. McCabe was a former law clerk to the Honorable James C. Williams, Jr., Resident Judge of the 1st Judicial Circuit. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina and before the U.S. District Court of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit. Mr. McCabe earned his B.A. degree from Newberry College and his J.D. degree from Campbell University. He is the recipient of the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award. JOHN A. PINCELLI is an attorney with McDonnell & Associates, P.A., in Columbia, where he devotes the majority of his practice to banking and bankruptcy law. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina where he served as chief justice of the student supreme court for the entire university system. Prior to entering the private practice of law, Mr. Pincelli served as in-house counsel for Bankers Trust of South Carolina (Bank of America) and vice-president of legal and regulatory affairs for Republic National Bank and 1st Performance Bank of Jacksonville where he sat on both the loan and compliance committees. Mr. Pincelli utilizes his regulatory expertise and detailed knowledge of banking to assist clients in areas of collections and problem credits. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Section of the South Carolina Bar and is a member of the Richland County Bar.
