ROBERT E. BOLLENGIER is a sole practitioner with offices in Warwick, Rhode Island. His practice areas include federal and state taxation, probate, estate planning, wills, trusts, and corporate and business law. Mr. Bollengier has been a visiting instructor for Bryant University and Providence College. He also lectures to private industry groups through employer EAPs for wills, trusts and estate planning; and has lectured periodically for National Business Institute and other sponsoring firms. Mr. Bollengier earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College; simultaneously earned his J.D. degree with his M.B.A. degree, highest honors, from St. Louis University; and earned his LL.M degree, cum laude, from Boston University. In addition, he earned a certificate of advanced graduate studies in estate planning from Bryant University and is currently working towards his CFP, ChFC and CLU designations. Mr. Bollengier is a member of the Rhode Island and American bar associations, and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. MARK IACONO is of counsel with Salter McGowan Sylvia & Leonard. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration, asset protection planning, business succession planning, and corporate matters. Mr. Iacono also is the founder and president of Hyperion Sports Management, LLC and focuses on representing golf professionals; namely players on the PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour and LPGA Tour; helping them maximize business and sponsorship opportunities. He has worked extensively with clients on their wealth transfer issues, including maximizing tax savings and preserving assets for Medicaid planning. Mr. Iacono also helps clients achieve their philanthropy goals through the creation of charitable trusts and foundations. He has lectured on estate planning, business planning, and asset protection for the Rhode Island Bar Association; Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.; and Suffolk University Center for Advanced Legal Studies. Mr. Iacono is a member of the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council, the Boston Estate Planning Council and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Wake Forest University, his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School and his LL.M degree from Boston University School of Law. W. PARISH LENTZ is a member of the Providence law firm of Davis & Lentz, LLC. His areas of practice include wills, trusts and estates, corporate business law, taxation and business formation. Mr. Lentz has previously lectured to insurance companies and CPA's. He is a member of the American (member, Property, Probate & Trust Section), Massachusetts and Rhode Island bar associations. Mr. Lentz earned his B.A. degree from Kenyon College and his J.D. degree from Northeastern University.
