MARK F. COMSTOCK is an attorney with Chicago Title Insurance Company, where his main areas of practice are real estate, mortgage finance and title insurance. He has been involved in town related matters such as being a member of the South Kingstown Charter Review Committee and board member to South Kingston's Cares program. Mr. Comstock is responsible for agent attorney network insuring residential and commercial properties in Rhode Island, creating and implementing projects and directing state operations, management of risk and liability for portfolio of commercial transactions, and insuring compliance with state and federal law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree from New England School of Law. CHRISTOPHER J. MONTALBANO is the Senior Title Attorney and Principal of Pilgrim Title Insurance Company, where his practice focuses on complex title and tile insurance issues, commercial real estate transactions, condominium and subdivision, and title clearing matters. Mr. Montalbano formerly worked as the State Manager and Counsel for Rhode Island's largest title underwriter. He is a member of Rhode Island and Massachusetts bar associations. RICHARD N. MORNEAU is a partner at the Providence office of Morneau & Murphy, where he practices in the areas of banking and credit union law, and real estate, commercial and debtor-creditor law. Mr. Morneau is a past contributor to Lawyers Weekly. Mr. Morneau is a member of the American (Committee on Credit Unions) and Rhode Island (former chair, Committee on Banks and Trusts) bar associations and the Rhode Island Conveyancers Association (past president and director). He earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Babson College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University.
