WILLIAM F. HOLT is an attorney at the Law Offices of Holt, Graziano & Heberg and has been practicing law in the state of Rhode Island since 1987, bringing more than 20 years of experience to his clients. Mr. Holt earned his undergraduate degree at Providence College and is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. A Cranston native, he served as city solicitor in that city for ten years, prosecuting cases involving crimes and misdemeanors. With a focus on the areas of divorce, custody and domestic relations, Mr. Holt has vast experience in all issues of family law, including custody, visitation, property division, pension issues and child relocation. He also has years of experience in personal injury and criminal defense. Mr. Holt has been a guest lecturer for the Rhode Island Bar Association, and is a member of the American, Federal and Rhode Island Bar Associations. EVAN M. KIRSHENBAUM is a partner with Kirshenbaum Law Associates in Warwick, where his practice concentrates on all aspects of family law and personal injury law. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has argued successfully before the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Mr. Kirshenbaum graduated from Connecticut College and earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He is authorized to practice law before all the courts in the state of Rhode Island, as well as the Federal District Court. Mr. Kirshenbaum served as both assistant city solicitor and deputy city solicitor for the city of Cranston. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association and the Edward P. Gallogly Rhode Island Family Law Inn of Court. Mr. Kirshenbaum is a member of the Volunteer Lawyer Program in family law of the Rhode Island Bar Association, law practice management section of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and is currently the deputy solicitor for the city of Cranston, Rhode Island. JEROME V. SWEENEY III is a partner with the law firm of Keough & Sweeney, with offices in Pawtucket, Raynham and Boston. Mr. Sweeney practices in probate and estate planning, and family law and civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from Providence College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bench/Bar Committee on Family Law and the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bar associations.
