STEPHEN P. MAGUIRE is a sole practitioner in Cranston, Rhode Island. His main areas of practice are Social Security, disability and social security claims. Mr. Maguire also has experience in plaintiff and defense personal injury. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, Rhode Island Association for Justice, American Association of Justice and Rhode Island Bar Association. Mr. Maguire earned his B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. JOSEPH P. MARASCO is a founding partner of Marasco & Nesselbush LLP and a lifelong resident of Rhode Island. Mr. Marasco has successfully litigated, arbitrated and mediated personal injury and medical negligence cases in all of Rhode Island's state and federal trial courts. He is an active member of the American and Rhode Island Associations for Justice. Mr. Marasco is a "sustaining member" of the national Organization of Social Security Claimants' representatives. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Mr. Marasco is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where he served with distinction as president of the Student Senate/Student Body, and a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law, where he received awards for professional ethics and trial advocacy.
DONNA M. NESSELBUSH is a founding partner of Marasco & Nesselbush LLP. Ms. Nesselbush has dedicated her legal career to representing Social Security disability claimants at all levels of review. Together with her law partner, she is the founder and chair of the Rhode Island Bar Association's Social Security Disability Committee. Ms. Nesselbush has lectured and written extensively on the topic of Social Security disability law. She is an active member of the American and Rhode Island Associations for Justice. Ms. Nesselbush is a "sustaining member" of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. She is a graduate of Brown University and she graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law. Ms. Nesselbush has served as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Pawtucket.
