SHELLEY D. COELHO is an attorney at Thomas P. Crotty & Associates, PLLC. Ms. Coelho is an adjunct professor with Quincy College, where she teaches students enrolled in the Paralegal Studies Program. She has lectured with the Boston Tax Institute, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Bedford Economic Development Council, and the Arts and Business Council of Greater Boston. Ms. Coelho is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Law Graduate Tax Program (LL.M. degree in taxation), where she was an editor of The Florida Tax Review. Ms. Coelho received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she was a North Carolina Law Scholar and a member of The North Carolina Central Law Journal. LINDA K. FISHER is a sole practitioner with the Law Office of Linda K. Fisher in Norwood, Massachusetts. Her main areas of practice are estate planning; probate and trust administration; business formations; tax planning for closely held businesses, partnerships and joint ventures, publicly held companies, and tax-exempt entities; tax dispute resolutions; and bankruptcy and workouts. Ms. Fisher also counsels clients on estate planning matters and prepares customized estate planning documents to carry out clients' individual wishes in a tax-efficient manner. She is member of the Massachusetts Bar Association; National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA); American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI); National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA); and Rotary International. Ms. Fisher is currently serving as the vice president of the Rotary Club of Norwood. She is admitted to practice in the following federal courts: U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Ms. Fisher earned her A. B. degree, summa cum laude, from Wheaton College; her M.B.A. degree from George Washington University; her LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Columbus School of Law. STEPHEN P. MAGUIRE is a sole practitioner in Cranston, Rhode Island. His main areas of practice are Social Security, disability and Social Security claims. Mr. Maguire also has experience in plaintiff and defense personal injury. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, Rhode Island Association for Justice, American Association of Justice and Rhode Island Bar Association. Mr. Maguire earned his B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.
