NORMAN L. LEBLANC is with Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd., where he spends most of his time on technical matters, taxpayer representation and business planning. He frequently teaches credit courses for CPAs and attorneys, including sessions at Roger Williams School of Law, Johnson & Wales and Bryant University. Mr. LeBlanc has been a guest speaker to the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA), the Institute of Managerial Accountants (IMA), the National Business Institute (NBI) and the Planned Giving Council of Rhode Island. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Johnson & Wales University and his master's degree at Bryant University. While at Bryant, Mr. LeBlanc was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in business administration. He was recently named as one of the top 50 taxpayer representatives in the nation by CPA Magazine. Mr. LeBlanc is also a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he is a member of the legislative committee. ANTHONY MANGIARELLI is a member of Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd., where he has spent a significant portion of his accounting career in the fields of manufacturing, professional services, distribution and retirement plan auditing. He is responsible for all phases of audit planning, fieldwork, tax preparation assistance and financial statement preparation. Mr. Mangiarelli is an adjunct professor at the Alan Shawn Feinstein Graduate School at Johnson & Wales University. He has served as a committee member for the MS After Dark Fundraising events. Mr. Mangiarelli is an Eagle Scout of Troop 6 Cranston, Rhode Island and has volunteered for Labs4rescue, Bryant University's alumni career link and Bryant University's Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) boot camp. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA). Mr. Mangiarelli earned his B.S. and master's degrees from Bryant University.
