RAFAEL BOSQUE-PEREZ is a partner in the Hato Rey law firm of Bosque Perez & Asociados, C.S.P., where his areas of main practice include civil litigation at state and administrative forums and dealing with cases regarding horizontal property (condominiums), homeowners, association law, creditor collections, contract law, torts, corporate and business law. He is admitted to practice in the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeals, 1st Circuit. Mr. Bosque-Perez earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He has spoken to business groups on collection issues and dictated numerous courses at universities including commercial law. Mr. Bosque-Perez is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, a Board of Directors of various nonprofit organizations and a member of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce. RICARDO DIAZ SOTO is a partner in the San Juan law firm of Diaz Soto Law Office, where his areas of practice include contract law, creditor bankruptcy, torts, personal injury, insurance defense, automobile accidents and injuries, slip and fall, environmental law, creditor collections, corporate law and business law. Mr. Diaz Soto earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He has spoken to business groups on collection and creditor rights issues. Mr. Diaz Soto is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
