HON. ANDREW H. DOWLING is a judge in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.

HON. RICHARD A. LEWIS is a judge in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.

HON. ALBERT H. MASLAND is a judge in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.

HON. RICHARD K. RENN is a judge in the York County Court of Common Pleas.

MODERATOR - WILLIAM J. MUNDY is a member of the law firm Burns White, LLC. He focuses his practice on the defense of long-term health care, medical malpractice and professional liability claims. He has litigated cases in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He has argued appellate matters before the Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme courts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mundy is a frequent guest speaker for a number of professional organizations and private industry groups. He has lectured locally and nationally on nursing home and assisted living litigation. Mr. Mundy has been appointed to serve on the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA) Tort/Liability Committee. He is liaison counsel for the Philadelphia County Nursing Home Litigation Program, and is a member of the PBA Elder Law Committee and the PHCA's Long-Term Care Lawyers Specialty Council. Mr. Mundy received his B.A. degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Defense Research Institute and the Pennsylvania Health Care Association.
