J. MICHAEL FARRELL is a Philadelphia trial lawyer, representing the injured or arrested with a multi-state practice in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, the District of Columbia and other jurisdictions. He was an assistant professor in The College of Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina and an adjunct professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at Temple University. Mr. Farrell represents the accused in serious criminal cases in state and federal courts. He has been handling death penalty cases at trial, direct appeal and post conviction since 1978. Mr. Farrell also represents the seriously injured in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death and railroad personal injury (FELA) cases. He has lectured and written for the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Business Institute, Westlaw, the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania bar associations, and the New Jersey State Bar Association on capital defense and criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage and other areas of litigation and trial advocacy. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Farrell is a member of the state and federal trial and appellate courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, South Carolina and the District of Columbia; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. JOSEPH L. FELICIANI is a co-founder and managing shareholder of the law firm of Creedon & Feliciani, P.C. Mr. Feliciani focuses on prosecuting and defending various types of tort litigation, including birth injury cases, general and premises liability, medical device/products liability, medical malpractice, health care/disability litigation, professional liability, toxic torts, uninsured/underinsured motorist law, and bad faith litigation. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Feliciani is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is an adjunct professor at Temple University, where he teaches legal and ethical issues in sports and recreation.
