December 15 - Allentown CHARLES BENDER is an attorney in the Warrington office of the law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP, where he practices in the areas of estate planning and administration. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on estate planning and administration topics for various professional groups and organizations. Mr. Bender earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Georgetown University, his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and his LL.M. degree, in taxation, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations, the Bucks County Estate Planning Council (board member), the Bucks County Community College Foundation (board member) and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. Mr. Bender is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. DIONYSIOS C. PAPPAS is an attorney in the Bethlehem and Plymouth offices of the law firm Vasiliadis & Associates. He practices in the areas of elder law, trust and estate planning and administration, and veterans' benefits. Most recently, he contributed as a writer and lecturer for the April 2007 Pennsylvania Bar Institute program "Representing an Individual Entering a Nursing Home" in Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg, and for the July 2007 Pennsylvania Bar Institute's “10th Annual Elder Law” program in Hershey. Mr. Pappas is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. PATTI S. SPENCER is an attorney with the Spencer Law Firm, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she provides experience and depth in estate planning, trust and estate administration, complex tax consulting, charitable gift planning, wealth transfer vehicles and retirement plan consulting, and expert witness testimony. Ms. Spencer taught estate and gift tax for eight years as an adjunct professor at Boston University in the LL.M. program, and also was a former professor of trusts and estates at Boston University School of Law. In addition, she has spoken numerous times on topics related to her areas of expertise. Ms. Spencer is the author of a weekly column, "Taxing Matters," appearing in the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal's Business Monday Section. December 16 - Harrisburg STEPHANIE KLEINFELTER is a partner in the Harrisburg law firm of Keefer Wood Allen & Rahal, LLP, where she practices in the areas of trusts and estates, wills, probate, taxation, business planning and orphans' court litigation. She has lectured on estate planning topics for National Business Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. Ms. Kleinfelter is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County bar associations. She earned her B.S. degree from Shippensburg University and her J.D. degree from Widener University. DAVID J. LENOX is a partner in the Dillsburg law firm of The Wiley Group, Attorneys at Law, where his areas of practice include estate planning and elder law. Mr. Lenox has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. He is a member of the York County, Cumberland County and Pennsylvania bar associations.
