JAMIE JOSEPH ANZALONE is an attorney at Anzalone Law Offices, where he focuses his practice in auto/trucking cases and premises liability and negligence supervision cases. Mr. Anzalone has previously lectured for PBI on auto cases and tort issues. He received his B.A. degree from Lafayette College and his J.D. degree from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Anzalone is a member of the American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Luzerne County Young Lawyers Division. He is an active board member for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Children Hospital, YMCA, and UNICO. Mr. Anzalone also does pro bono work for Backmountain Harvest Church. DAVID I. FALLK is a sole practitioner who focuses his practice in personal injury, social security disability, wills and estate litigation, and workers' compensation. Mr. Fallk has been litigating personal injury cases, including truck accident litigation, for more than 30 years. He has been involved in lecturing for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice on ethics and the Committee for Justice for All on expert witness and cross examination issues. Mr. Fallk received his B.S. degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania bar associations, State Bar of California, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, The American Association for Justice and the Committee for Justice for All. ROBERT T. PANOWICZ is owner of Panowicz Law Office in Wilkes-Barre, where he focuses his practice in all aspects of civil litigation. Mr. Panowicz has more than 30 years of experience litigating cases such as auto accidents, slip and fall, product liability, workers' compensation, and various others. He has tried cases in state and federal courts and has argued appeals in all Pennsylvania courts. Mr. Panowicz was previously an adjunct professor at Kings College, where he has lectured on government and politics, and also taught the civil litigation paralegal program. Mr. Panowicz received his B.A. degree in economics and political science, magna cum laude, from Kings College in 1974. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1977 from Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. HOWARD ROTHENBERG is a senior partner at Herlands Rothenberg & Levine, and has been practicing law since 1983. A graduate of Rutger's University of New England School of Law, he has litigated and been successful in garnering some of the largest awards in Lackawanna County as well as several surrounding counties. Mr. Rothenberg concentrates his practice in civil litigation, including personal injury, insurance defense, partnership, and corporate and wrongful termination. He is admitted to practice in all of the federal jurisdictions, as well as county jurisdictions, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Rothenberg has litigated cases in the state of New Jersey, the state of New York and the state of Maryland, as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court. He has received various honors from both the local bar association, as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association, has recently been accepted as a senior member of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Hearing Board, and has received various appointments as a federal mediator.
