CRAIG I. ADLER is a partner in the law firm of Capozzi & Associates, P.C., where he focuses his practice in commercial and residential real estate. he began his legal career with the Philadelphia law firm of Fox, Rothschild, O'Brien, and Frankel. Later, Mr. Adler joined the law firm of Adler and Adler, where he was a partner. There he focused on real estate matters representing area builders, developers, realtors, banks, and home purchasers and sellers. Mr. Adler represents various parties before local municipalities in obtaining approvals for zoning changes, zoning, variances, subdivision approvals, and land development plan approvals. He has represented clients including the Pep Boys, Manny, Moe and Jack, and Metrophone (now Comcast). Mr. Adler is now a partner at Capozzi & Associates, P.C. and in addition to his title insurance work (he is a licensed title insurance agent), he also represents nursing homes and many other healthcare providers. He still, however, specializes in commercial and residential real estate matters. Mr. Adler was the hearing examiner for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission. He also is an agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Mr. Adler also has lectured on real estate matters for the Dauphin County Bar Association and the National Business Institute. He earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College. BRYAN McGAHAN serves as underwriting counsel for Conestoga Title Insurance Company, where he is primarily responsible for providing underwriting advice to title insurance agents. Mr. McGahan earned his B.S. degree from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Maryland. Mr. McGahan is a former regional director for a large title insurance agent in the Maryland, D.C. and Virginia market. His agency experience includes title review, resolving title issues, conducting settlements, and agency management. Mr. McGahan has taught continuing education courses for attorneys, title agents and real estate agents in Alabama, Indiana, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia on topics including: title insurance; mortgage fraud; the settlement process; real estate contracts; and real property public records.
