N. BRIAN CAVERLY is a partner in the law firm of Caverly, Shea, Phillips & Rodgers, L.L.C., where he practices in elder law, estate planning, Social Security disability, real estate law, and business and corporate law. He also is a Pennsylvania licensed title insurance agent writing primarily for the Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Mr. Caverly is co-author of "Estate Planning for Dummies," and is a frequent lecturer for various business and professional organizations on estate planning, real estate, and business and related issues. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, all courts of record in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Caverly earned his A.B. degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law.

JAMES M. TRESSLER is a partner in the law firm of Tressler Saunders LLC in Scranton, where he is practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, labor and employment law, real estate, creditor and debtor rights, banking law and health care. The majority of his practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, loan documentation, workouts and real estate transactions. Mr. Tressler earned his J.D. degree from the Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg campus, and his B.A. degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American bar associations and the American Health Lawyers Association.

WILLIAM F. HOFFMEYER is senior partner in the law firm of Hoffmeyer & Semmelman LLP, concentrating his practice on real estate and zoning law, corporate law, estate planning and probate law, and elder law. Mr. Hoffmeyer also acts as an expert witness throughout Pennsylvania on matters pertaining to real estate law, including attorney and title insurance agent malpractice. He has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute, various boards of realtors, and for various bar associations on real estate law and the unauthorized practice of law. Mr. Hoffmeyer wrote The Abstracters Bible, Contracts of Sale for Real Estate and How to Plot a Deed and Settlement Procedures Manual. He is a past adjunct professor on real estate law at York College of Pennsylvania and past adjunct professor for the paralegal program on real estate law at Penn State University York Campus. Mr. Hoffmeyer is a member of the York County (former chairman, Continuing Legal Education Committee; current chairman, Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee), Pennsylvania (chairman and co-chairman, Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee; past chairman, Mechanics' Lien Law Committee and Marketable Title Committee of the Real Property Section) and American bar associations, and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He earned his A.B. degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. degree from The Dickinson School of Law.

JOHNNA J. KOPECKY is an attorney in the Harrisburg law office of Shagin Law Group, LLC. Ms. Kopecky concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosures representing primarily creditors. She is a member of the Harrisburg Association of Realtors. Ms. Kopecky is a former assistant district attorney for Cumberland County. She has lectured on real estate title law, foreclosure and related bankruptcy and title issues, and real estate transfer tax. Ms. Kopecky is a member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She earned her B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law.

ANNA MARIE SOSSONG is a partner in the law firm of Skarlatos & Zonarich, LLP, where she practices in the areas of small business creation, financing and growth, real estate and municipal law. She is a licensed title insurance agent and also is solicitor to several local municipalities, zoning hearing boards and code hearing boards.
