ROBERT J. FOSTER is a partner in the law firm of Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, where he practices in the areas of litigation, including personal injury, truck litigation, employment disputes, insurance contract litigation, insurance defense liability, subrogation, general liability, business and appellate work. He is an adjunct professor at Temple University where he teaches legal and ethical issues in sports and recreation. Mr. Foster has been a frequent speaker and online moderator on advanced issues in legal technology, trial practices, bad faith litigation and legal research and writing. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction and honors, from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. VINCENT J. GIUSINI has offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Marlton, New Jersey. He handles a wide variety of personal injury cases, both plaintiff and defense. Mr. Giusini serves regularly as a neutral arbitrator and is certified as a neutral arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association. He has extensive trial experience, prevailing on behalf of his clients in more than 80% of the cases he has taken to trial. Mr. Giusini served as chief law clerk of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Civil Motions Court (1986 to 1988). Thereafter, he became associated with the Law Firm of Griffith and Burr, P.C., where he specialized in the defense of medical malpractice and products liability cases, and he then served as house counsel for Commercial Union Insurance Company. Mr. Giusini is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. Federal District Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the 3rd Circuit Court of Federal Appeals. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Delaware Law School. Mr. Giusini is a member of the American and Philadelphia bar associations, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. BRUCE L. NEFF is a sole proprietor at Neff & Associates. He focuses his practice on bad faith, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Neff has recoveries from 70 different insurance companies that, prior to his legal involvement, had refused to pay any monetary settlement. He has appeared as a guest speaker on several local television programs including "Law Journal," and also has served as a guest speaker on local legal based radio talk shows. Mr. Neff earned his A.B. and J.D. degrees at Temple University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
