JEFFREY T. PRICE is an attorney in the Pittsburgh office of McGuireWoods LLP. Mr. Price focuses his practice on bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights. He has a wide range of experience representing corporate debtors, lenders, trade creditors and court-appointed committees in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Price earned his B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. PETER N. PROSS is a member with the Pittsburgh law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, where he focuses his practice in an all aspects of commercial finance, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, lender liability and commercial litigation. He also is a Certified Specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Pross earned his B.S. degree from East Carolina University, his M.A. degree from the University of Richmond and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.
