GARY M. LANG is a senior partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Feldstein Grinberg Stein & McKee, PC. He is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Lang is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer each year since 2005. Since 1992, he has co-written the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Civil Practice Manual published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Lang is a published author in his fields of practice, and a frequent lecturer on topics relating to civil procedure, personal injury, medical malpractice and ethics. He practices in the fields of professional negligence, personal injury and products liability litigation. Mr. Lang is a member and former governor of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County; former chair of the Allegheny County Bench Bar Committee; former member of the Board of Governors of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation; and a recipient of one of the Foundation's pro bono awards. Additionally, he has been honored by the Pennsylvania Bar Association with two pro bono awards. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, he earned his J.D. degree from the Capital University School of Law. THOMAS J. LOWERY is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Margolis Edelstein where he practices in the areas of insurance law, personal injury litigation, employment law and workers' compensation. He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of insurance disputes, litigation strategies and employment issues. Mr. Lowery has been defending automobile personal injury and insurance claims for more than 30 years. He has been appointed as a federal arbitrator and as an adjunct settlement judge by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lowery is a member of the Pennsylvania (member, Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee; Civil Litigation and Labor Law sections) and American (Torts and Insurance Practice and Labor Law sections) bar associations. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from LaSalle University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. PETER B. SKEEL is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Skeel, PC, where his practice is concentrated in insurance defense with an emphasis on insurance coverage issues and UM/UIM claims. He has lectured previously on insurance and personal injury topics. Mr. Skeel earned his B.A. degree from Allegheny College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
