ROBERT S. BERNSTEIN is the managing partner of Bernstein Law Firm, P.C., in Pittsburgh, where he practices in the areas of creditors' rights, collections and bankruptcy law. He is board certified as a business bankruptcy specialist and as a creditors' rights specialist by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Bernstein writes and lectures for local and national groups on matters of collection, bankruptcy and business law. He wrote, Get P.A.I.D. A Guide to Getting Paid Faster (and What to Do if You Don't!). He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University. Mr. Bernstein is a past president of the Commercial Law League of America. He is currently a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Equipment Finance Association. Mr. Bernstein is the past chairman of the Allegheny County Bar Association Professional Ethics Committee and the Commercial Law League of America's Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. He is also the past president of the American Board of Certification, the nation's only certifier of bankruptcy and creditors' rights specialists. CHRISTOPHER M. BOBACK is a sole practicing attorney in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he represents clients in family law matters involving divorce, child/spousal support, child custody and protection from abuse. He also represents clients in matters involving criminal defense, civil judgment collection, and commercial litigation. Mr. Boback is admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S.Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Boback received his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He was the 2003 Pitt Law recipient of the Murray S. Love Award in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the trial court competition. SHAWN MCCLURE is an attorney with Bernstein Law Firm, P.C., focusing primarily on commercial collection litigation. Prior to joining the Bernstein Law Firm, P.C., Mr. McClure clerked for the Office of the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania. While earning his Juris Doctorate, he externed for the Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. McClure is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America (Young Members Section - Executive Council Two Year Term 2010-2012) and the International Association of Commercial Collectors (SCOPE Magazine Committee 2010). He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Saint Francis University and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
