J. SCOTT BRADY is a partner in the Wilkes-Barre firm of Brady & Grabowski, P.C. Since 1980, he has focused his practice in the areas of civil litigation including, automobile accidents and injuries, workers' compensation, products liability, personal injury, as well as Social Security. Mr. Brady has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on automobile cases, as well as being a frequent lecturer for attorneys on the topics of workers' compensation and trial law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Defense Research Institute, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association (chairman, Rules Committee). Mr. Brady earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law. SEAN P. McDONOUGH is a partner with the firm of Dougherty, Leventhal & Price, LLP. His practice encompasses both a concentration on general civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, defense of municipal entities, civil rights and employment claims, and employment litigation, and also zoning and land use law. Over the years, Mr. McDonough has served as solicitor to a number of zoning hearing boards and municipalities. He has spoken on land use and zoning issues for the State Association of Township Supervisors and regularly appears before zoning hearing boards and municipal governing bodies on land use issues. Mr. McDonough is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton and earned his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law. ROBERT T. PANOWICZ is the owner of Panowicz Law Office in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where he focuses his practice in all aspects of civil litigation. He has more than 30 years of experience litigating cases such as auto accidents, slip and fall, product liability, workers' compensation, and various others. Mr. Panowicz has tried cases in state and federal courts and has argued appeals in all Pennsylvania courts. He was previously an adjunct professor at Kings College, where he lectured on government and politics, and also taught the civil litigation paralegal program. Mr. Panowicz earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Kings College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. IRWIN SCHNEIDER is principal of Irwin Schneider & Associates, P.C., where he focuses his practice in civil litigation. He has been a sole practitioner for more than a decade and has more than 50 years of experience. Mr. Schneider earned his B.S. degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from Penn State Dickinson Law School. He is a member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel (fellow); International Society of Barristers (fellow); the Lackawanna, Pennsylvania and American bar associations; the Defense Research Institute; Pennsylvania Defense Institute; and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Schneider also is a certified mediator for U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
