MICHAEL J. MCDONALD is a partner in the law firm of Foley, McLane, Foley, McDonald & MacGregor, P.C., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation and personal injury. He is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. McDonald has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. He is past president of the Lackawanna County Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (member, Civil Rules Committee), the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association (past president, Middle District of Pennsylvania) and the Middle District of Pennsylvania Lawyers Advisory Committee. Mr. McDonald also is the past president of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, The American Association for Justice (member, Workplace Injury Litigation Group) and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He earned his B.A. degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law. MICHAEL R. MEY is a partner in the Scranton law firm of Wormuth, Mey & Sulla, P.A., where his areas of practice include personal injury, insurance and construction law. He earned his B.A. degree from Wilkes University and his J.D. degree from Capital University. Mr. Mey frequently lectures to various professional and business groups on construction law and personal injury issues. He is a member of the Luzerne County and Pennsylvania bar associations, the American Association for Justice (member, Insurance Law Section) and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (member, sections on Bad Faith and Civil Litigation). PAUL T. OVEN is a partner with Dougherty, Leventhal & Price, L.L.P. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation including medical malpractice, product liability, insurance bad faith and automobile/trucking cases. Mr. Oven is a board certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 2003. He also was recently selected and invited to become a fellow in the Litigation Council of America, which is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Mr. Oven has lectured extensively for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Dispute Resolution Institute, National Business Institute and Lackawanna County Bar Association. He is a member of the NEPA Trial Lawyers' Association, American Association of Justice, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Lackawanna County Bar Association. Mr. Oven also was recently published in the February 2009 edition of Trial Magazine, The Journal of the American Association for Justice for an article entitled "Initial Steps In the Roadway Drop Off Case". He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and graduated, with honors, from the Duquesne University School of Law. RICHARD A. RUSSO is a partner with Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald LLP, where his main areas of practice are plaintiffs' personal injury and products liability. He also is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Russo belongs to a number of professional associations including the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section), the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, where he serves on its Bench Bar Committee, the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, where he also served as its president. In his nearly 3 decadesĀ of practicing law, he has successfully handled numerous other serious and complex personal injury and insurance bad faith cases in federal and state court. Mr. Russo earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Wilkes University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University.
