ROBIN C. ALLAWAY is an attorney in the law firm of Welch, Gold, & Siegel, PC, where she concentrates her practice in landlord-tenant law and family law. She advises clients around the state with a wide variety of landlord-tenant issues. She has been focusing her practice in this area for more than 10 years. Ms. Allaway earned her B.A. degree from Alfred University and her J.D. degree from Stetson University. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. ROBERT E. BITTNER is a partner in the Pittsburgh office of McGuireWoods LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate acquisition and disposition, real estate finance, refinancing and restructuring transactions, commercial lending transactions and office, retail and industrial lease negotiations. He has represented owners and developers in a myriad of HUD related refinancing and restructuring transactions. Mr. Bittner has represented developers, lenders, retail companies, landlords and tenants in many aspects of real estate financing, leasing, acquisition and development. He earned his B.A. degree from Edinboro University and his J.D., cum laude, from Capital University Law School. Mr. Bittner is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American bar associations. ROSE M. TURZAK maintains her own law office in Pittsburgh, where she focuses her practice in landlord-tenant law, family law, and criminal law. Ms. Turkzak has more than 20 years of experience in landlord-tenant law, and also is a landlord herself. She has previously taught at Myers University in Cleveland, where she instructed on ethics, legal research, and litigation support. Ms. Turzak earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Myers University and her J.D. degree from Akron University Law School. During law school, she interned at Housing Advocates in Cleveland, where she handled one of the first cases nationally on breach of warranty on habitability based on disability. She is a member of the Ohio State, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County bar associations.
