JAMES E. ABRAHAM is the sole practitioner at the Law Office of James E. Abraham in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also was one of the founders of the Law Firm of Doepken Keevican & Weiss, also in Pittsburgh, where he served as a director, CFO and chair of the tax and employee benefit department. Additionally, Mr. Abraham serves as the "family lawyer" for several families, where he oversees such diverse areas as asset acquisitions and divestitures, asset protection, stock market investment and estate planning. He has held adjunct professorships in the MBA program at Point Park University and the Masters of Taxation program at Robert Morris University. Mr. Abraham is a former treasurer of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and he recently completed a nine-year term as chair of the board of its taxable subsidiary, ACBA Services, Inc. He also has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. Mr. Abraham is a member of the American Bar Association, where he serves on the Employee Benefits Committee and the Teaching Taxation Committee. He is also a member of the Allegheny Tax Society and the Pittsburgh Tax Club. DANIELLE M. BACCO is the principal of The Bacco Law Group LLC in Pittsburgh. Ms. Bacco's litigation practice encompasses both civil and criminal litigation. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is also treasurer of the Commission on Women in the Profession Committee. Ms. Bacco earned her B.S. degree at MCP - Habnemann University and her J.D. degree at Duquesne University School of Law. RICHARD R. TARANTINE is a sole practitioner located in Pittsburgh, where his areas of practice include bankruptcy, asset protection planning, complex corporate and tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, labor matters, shareholder disputes, corporate tax planning, charitable organizations, estate planning and representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He has written for and lectured at numerous seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, National Business Institute and other organizations. Mr. Tarantine earned his B.B.A., M.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Houston.
