DARA E. BACHMAN is an attorney in the law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP, where she focuses her practice in general corporate matters, including preparation of new corporation and partnership agreements. Her practice also includes the preparation of estate planning documents. Ms. Bachman is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and her J.D. degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Ms. Bachman's community volunteer service includes Habitat for Humanity, Adopt-A-School, and Wheat Meet Philanthropy. RACHEL D. BASHORE is an attorney at Brennan & Associates, P.C., where she focuses her practice in technology/internet law, corporate formation, corporate governance, contract review, commercial litigation, general liability, and employment law. Ms. Bashore earned her B.S. degree from Drexel University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where she was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society and served as a senior editor of the Penn State Law Review. Prior to joining Brennan & Associates, P.C. in May of 2008, she worked as an associate with a law firm in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, focusing on small business counseling, trusts and estates, commercial litigation, and employment law. Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Bashore traveled across the country as an information technology consultant in software and web development for several Fortune 100 companies. She currently serves as president of the Greater Reading Young Professionals, a member of the Berks Economic Partnership Board of Directors, Steering Committee and Penn Corridor Steering Committee. Ms. Bashore is also a graduate of the Leadership Berks Core Program and a member of the Berks County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court. ANDREW D. SANTANA is an attorney with Fox Rothschild LLP, where he is legal counsel and trusted advisor to privately held businesses, entrepreneurial individuals and investors in the manufacturing, retail, professional, franchise, transportation, food service, construction, technology and real estate industries. He provides a wide range of corporate, real estate, tax and regulatory services to clients. Mr. Santana represents principals, directors, officers and executives on such issues as entity selection and restructuring; mergers and acquisitions; strategic alliances and joint ventures; licensing, distribution and strategic agreements; executive employment, compensation and benefits arrangements; partnership issues; business separations and exit strategies; and complex issues of corporate governance. He earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University, his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law and his M.B.A and LL.M. degrees from Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Santana is a member of the Montgomery and American bar associations.
