KATHRYN L. FETTROW is assigned to Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst, LLC 's National Insurance Coverage Group. She represents insurance companies in a wide range of insurance coverage matters, including all aspects of property and casualty coverage and bad faith litigation. Ms. Fettrow also focuses her practice on the investigation of complex insurance coverage disputes and fraudulent insurance claims, including conducting Examinations Under Oath. Ms. Fettrow was also published in a recent issue of Claims Advisor Magazine regarding the impact of chinese drywall claims on commercial general liability insurers. Prior to joining Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst, LLC, Ms. Fettrow was an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of an established center-city litigation firm, concentrating her defense practice in the areas of uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, automobile coverage disputes, premises liability and third party personal injury claims. Ms. Fettrow graduated from the Widener University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the prestigious William L. Schaffer Memorial Scholarship Award, served on the Editorial Board of The Widener Law Review and worked as a legal extern in the U.S. District Court with the Honorable Judge Mary Pat Thynge. Ms. Fettrow is admitted to practice in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. JEFFREY R. LERMAN is a senior partner in the Litigation Department at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP. His practice emphasizes business litigation, with particular expertise in the representation of insurance carriers in coverage and bad faith cases and in the insurance representation of a wide range of professionals. Mr. Lerman is chairman of the firm's Commercial and Professional Insurance Defense practice. For nearly 20 years, he has chaired Montgomery, McCracken's professional liability insurance defense practice. In this capacity he has been lead trial counsel and supervising attorney in hundreds of cases. Mr. Lerman has frequently lectured before lawyers and other professionals on matters including the representation of professionals, insurance coverage litigation, trial practice and ethics. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and The Best Lawyers in America . Mr. Lerman earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School in New York. WILLIAM H. PILLSBURY is an attorney at the law firm of Offit Kurman, PA. Mr. Pillsbury practices in the areas of insurance law and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey State, and American Bar associations. Mr. Pillsbury earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University.
