MICHAEL R. MEY is a partner in the Scranton law firm of Mey & Sulla, LLP, where his areas of practice include personal injury, insurance and construction law. He earned his B.A. degree from Wilkes University and his J.D. degree from Capital University. Mr. Mey frequently lectures to various professional and business groups on construction law and personal injury issues. He is a member of the Luzerne County and Pennsylvania bar associations, the American Association for Justice (member, Insurance Law Section), and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (member, sections on Bad Faith and Civil Litigation).

DAVID J. SELINGO is the managing member of the Kingston, Pennsylvania firm of Selingo Guagliardo, LLC, practicing in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice. He is a certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1999 and was recertified in 2004 and 2009. Mr. Selingo was listed as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2005 and 2006, and as a Super Lawyer in 2007 through 2011 by Philadelphia Magazine. He was elected as a fellow in Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honor society limited to 3,500 lawyers nationwide. Mr. Selingo is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the King's College President's Counsel and served as its chair from 2006 through 2010. Mr. Selingo also serves as a board member and chair of Kinship Square, a Wilkes-Barre based community development corporation. He earned his B.A. degree from King's College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Selingo is admitted in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District and Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Published opinions include: Deihl v. Blaw Knox (Third Circuit Court of Appeals) and Brostoski v. Lucchino (Pennsylvania Superior Court).

THOMAS A. SPECHT is an attorney with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice on insurance coverage disputes, defense of insurance bad faith claims, post-trial matters and appeals. Mr. Specht is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton and earned his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Specht is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association; the Lackawanna County Bar Association; the Pennsylvania Bar Association; and the Defense Research Institute, where he is currently the Third Circuit reporter for DRI's Certworthy publication.
