BRADLEY S. DORNISH is principal of Dornish Law Offices, P.C., where his main areas of practice are business law, real estate law, and construction law. He has engaged in civil litigation, including real estate title matters, and teaches various seminars for real estate investors from his own Lawyers' Guide to Real Estate series. Mr. Dornish earned his B.S. degree from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations, and a member and director of the American Congress of Real Estate. Mr. Dornish also is the director of the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association (chairman, Judicial Committee). JEFFREY T. MORRIS is a partner with the law firm of Morris Jobe & Cook Attorneys at Law, LLC, where he practices in the areas of zoning, construction, business and commercial litigation matters, representing lenders in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as corporate, transactional and construction litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Morris is a frequent lecturer to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Federal Bar Association on commercial litigation and employment law issues. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny (member, Construction Dispute Resolution Group) and American bar associations, and the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration Panel). Mr. Morris is vice chair of the Bradford-Wood Borough Planning Commission. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. ARTHUR J. SMITH is a sole practitioner whose legal practice over the last 33 years has concentrated in real estate and banking. He represents banks, savings banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, developers, purchasers and sellers of real estate, commercial landlords and tenants throughout western Pennsylvania. Mr. Smith was an instructor of business and real estate law at Robert Morris College from 1977 to 19811 and solicitor for Franklin Federal Savings and Loan from 1978 to 1980. He has served as a lecturer for the National Bar and Pennsylvania Bar institutes, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Real Estate Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. Mr. Smith earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law. He was law clerk for the Honorable James R. McGregor, Court of Common Pleas from 1974 to 1975. Mr. Smith is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny bar associations, and their respective real estate sections. He is a council member and former chairperson of the Real Property Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. SUSAN M. SWICK is underwriting counsel with the Pittsburgh office of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, focusing exclusively on real estate and title insurance law, as well as agency representation. Ms. Swick hasĀ 30 years of experience working with title matters in both private practice and as underwriting counsel with major title insurance companies. While in private practice, she practiced transactional, as well as real estate development law, representing lending institutions and commercial and residential developers. Ms. Swick is a frequent lecturer on title insurance and real estate topics and has been an adjunct professor at Butler University instructing real estate law. She is a member of the Allegheny and Westmoreland County bar associations, and also holds law licenses in Pennsylvania, Indiana and Maine. Ms. Swick also is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
