DAVID K. For more than 16 years, Mr. Cullen has worked directly for the workers' compensation judges, employers, insurance companies, and claimants. JONATHAN C. MICHAEL R. BONSHOCK is a shareholder with the Harrisburg law firm of Peters & Wasilefski, where his main areas of practice include workers' compensation and civil litigation. He has aggressively and successfully litigated cases on behalf of his clients throughout all levels of the workers' compensation system, establishing precedent in the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts, including cases of first impression. Mr. Bonshock earned his B.A. degree from Lycoming College and his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society and the Dickinson School of Law Appellate Moot Court Board. JAMES F. DEVINE III is the managing partner of Devine Law Offices, where he devotes his practice to workers' compensation and employment law. Mr. Devine is a frequent lecturer for numerous organizations on workers' compensation and employment law issues.
