December 7 - Allentown DAVID K. BRENNAN is the managing shareholder of Brennan & Associates, P.C., where he focuses his practice in workers' compensation defense, general liability defense, employment law, corporate law defense, business law defense, premises liability defense, and products liability defense. Mr. Brennan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Villanova University. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Berks County bar associations. Mr. Brennan also is a member of the Council on Litigation Management, the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers Association, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and the Harrisburg Claims Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for Fairview Counseling and The Play Therapy Center and is president of the Notre Dame Club of Reading. Mr. Brennan is also the recipient of the 2010 Distinguished Honoree award for the Berks County Regional Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. ROBERT L. CULLEN is principal of Cullen Legal, where he focuses his practice in workers' compensation and Social Security disability. For more than 16 years, Mr. Cullen has worked directly for the workers' compensation judges, employers, insurance companies, and claimants. He began his legal career as an attorney defending insurance companies against workers' compensation claims. After working directly for two national insurance companies as staff counsel, Mr. Cullen successfully made the transition from insurance defense to representing the claimant. He earned his B.A. degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Mr. Cullen is a member of the Philadelphia, Bucks County, and Pennsylvania (member, Workers Compensation Section) bar associations. JONATHAN C. DEISHER is a partner in the Allentown office of Swartz Campbell, LLC, where he concentrates his practice in bad faith, general liability defense, workers' compensation defense, professional liability, and insurance coverage. Mr. Deisher is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. Middle District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his undergraduate degree from DeSales University and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law. LEE ANDERSON is a senior partner in the Harrisburg law firm of Smigel, Anderson & Sacks, LLP, where he has concentrated his practice on civil litigation matters for more than 30 years, now working almost exclusively in the field of workers' compensation law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Dauphin County (former board member), Pennsylvania and American bar associations; the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (former board member; and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has been a member of the Dauphin County Civil Court Rules Committee for more than 30 years. Mr. Anderson was appointed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Civil Procedural Rules Committee, where he served from 2004 to 2010. He earned his B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law. MICHAEL R. BONSHOCK is a shareholder with the Harrisburg law firm of Peters & Wasilefski, where his main areas of practice include workers' compensation and civil litigation. He has aggressively and successfully litigated cases on behalf of his clients throughout all levels of the workers' compensation system, establishing precedent in the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts, including cases of first impression. Mr. Bonshock earned his B.A. degree from Lycoming College and his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society and the Dickinson School of Law Appellate Moot Court Board. JAMES F. DEVINE III is the managing partner of Devine Law Offices, where he devotes his practice to workers' compensation and employment law. Mr. Devine is a frequent lecturer for numerous organizations on workers' compensation and employment law issues. He is a member of the Lancaster (past-chairman, Workers' Compensation Section), Pennsylvania, and American (member, Workers' Compensation Section) bar associations. He has practiced workers' compensation on the claimant's side and defense, and currently focuses 85% of his practice in workers' compensation.
