CHRISTOPHER M. BOBACK is a sole practicing attorney in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he represents clients in family law matters involving divorce, child/spousal support, child custody and protection from abuse. He also represents clients in matters involving criminal defense, civil judgment collection, and commercial litigation. Mr. Boback is admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Boback received his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He was the 2003 Pitt Law recipient of the Murray S. Love Award in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the trial court competition. PAMELA V. COLLIS a senior partner in the firm of Walsh, Collis & Blackmer, P.C., and earned her B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Ms. Collis is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. She chairs the firm's domestic relations practice, representing clients in a wide range of matters in that area, including custody, divorce, marital property distribution, pre-nuptial agreements and support. In addition, she has a diverse civil litigation practice which encompasses the areas of dental malpractice, nursing home negligence and other professional liability claims, as well as automobile, premises liability, products liability and bad faith. In addition to having tried numerous jury trials, she routinely handles both uninsured and underinsured motorists arbitration matters. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association. SCOTT B. HOROWITZ is a senior associate with Welch, Gold, & Siegel, PC, where his areas of concentration include family law and estate administration. His prior presentations include "Balancing Work and Personal Life" for the Allegheny County Bar Association, Family Law Section; V.I.P. (Very Important Papers) lectures through the ACBA, YLS; and Intra-office Lunch and Learn presentations on "Amendments to the Pennsylvania Support Guidelines," "Basic Probate Practices" and "Revised Custody Statutes." Mr. Horowitz received his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Pennsylvanian State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and Family Law Section.
