ALEXANDER J. JAMIOLKOWSKI is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Egan & Jamiolkowski. His practice is concentrated in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, products liability and commercial and insurance litigation. Mr. Jamiolkowski has lectured to various professional groups on topics relating to his practice of law. He has litigated cases in both state and federal trial courts throughout Pennsylvania and in the appellate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. Mr. Jamiolkowski is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University. LOUIS C. LONG is a partner of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, where he serves as chair of the Insurance Coverage and Appellate Practice Group. Mr. Long focuses his practice in insurance coverage and appellate litigation. He has previously lectured for the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Claims Association, the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh and the Allegheny County Bar Association on topics such as indemnification, post-trial and appellate practice, and legal ethics. He also spoke for the Federal Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania in 2010. Mr. Long is an approved ADR Neutral for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and he has been called upon to mediate insurance coverage disputes pending before that court. Mr. Long earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Temple University. Mr. Long also earned his B.A. degree from Temple University, where he was a President's Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Long is a director of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and serves as co-chair of its Amicus Committee. In addition, as a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Mr. Long has served on the Committee on Opportunities for Minorities in the Legal Profession and the Appellate Practice Committee. PETER B. SKEEL is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm of Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Skeel, PC, where his practice is concentrated in insurance defense with an emphasis on insurance coverage issues and UM/UIM claims. He has lectured previously on insurance and personal injury topics. Mr. Skeel earned his B.A. degree from Allegheny College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
